umm I want you to take a screenshot of the prefix.filesmap table...

But anyway it seems that my assumption was correct... The serverpath is messed up because of the modification made in admuplodpics.php file. Try getting rid of the ../ part and see if it works for you.

Well you will get the same problem if you try to upload another picture, wait till I fix the string inserted into table prefix.filesmap then. I will provide the download for a new admuploadpic.php file.

Edit:
I've uploaded the new admuploadpic.php file, see if it works for you this time.
