No it's a 3D render using Daz Studio. My drawings aren't that good yet. I use Daz for all my character refeeences though.

Redo on the Contest outfit! I forgot to add in the color BLUE for Sidiko...

LoL! Is it pretty easy to use? I'd love to make a character for my site.

It's not bad once you get used to it. The software is free, but a lot of the models and such aren't. There's a whole section of their forum dedicated to free stuff though...
