massive problem
 

whenever i go to the admin panel and select home, edit page or create adoptable, this comes up:

can anyone help me here?

Are you sure you entered the correct database details in your config.php file? You have to enter your database details correctly in the inc > config.php file for the script to work properly. Double check that the details are correct as incorrect details would cause these errors.

Well, the only way to get that error is if the script can't connect to the database properly. Either that or your web host has something that is causing it not to work. That oxyhost seems to not want to work with the script though. So far you and another person have been getting similar / the same issues with that host even though it appears everything is configured correctly.

With the darn free hosts I have no way of knowing what they have disabled and what interference that's causing.

Safemode is ON and Sendmail is DISABLED on default.

The Adoptables script uses sendmail i believe and safemode would make all the upload forms not work properly...

Dont use them
