Okay, I'm really not to sure what I'm doing. :catfish:

I'm trying to figure out how to create my site, the owner of another site directed me here; for I am trying to create a site of my own. x3

If I'm looking to create a free adoptables site where you can trade the pets, what site server should I use?

Well you can use 000webhost if you cannot pay a shared host, or use a sharedhost if you have some budget.
