Errors after Installation

I made another website to test something with the Mysidia Script, and I got the new adoptables script. I didn't change anything, just followed the steps of installing it. It says everything was successful and good, but when I go to the website I have many errors...

All of which seem to lead to functions.php. I gave it a look, but not having a lot of knowledge with PHP I wasn't sure of what to do or what to change. I can try re-uploading everything again, I'd just rather not have to do that, especially if I don't know that will end up helping in the end. You can just look for yourself at the original function.php script on the normal download. I didn't change anything~

The database account.
It probably doesn't have access to read, write, update, delete, etc...

Well, how would I go about fixing that? I used the same process as the last time I set it up, and the database was working. When first installing the Mysidia script it also told me everything I had was writable...

Edit: So I looked in my database and nothing was there. So yeah, for some reason it didn't get in even though it said everything was valid. >.o Maybe I could manually add everything in, but that would take a long time x__x;

Edit Edit: Uhm. Apparently I didn't type in the database name right. It's fixed now. *cough* Thank you. xD
