Limit users to number of adopts at one time?

I know this was done for 1.1 but I'm running the latest version and didn't know if it would work.

I don't know why I don't try things before posting >.> Anyways... it appears to work =) Wish I'd had this earlier. Some people have like... 500 pets =O
