How Do I Upload a Theme?

Ok so I got a temporary theme, how do I upload it?

Hall of Famer 05-02-2012 10:50 PM

What temporary theme did you get? You can just use ftp to upload this theme to the template directory of your site, although you need to make sure the theme is compatible with Mys v1.3.x. None of the public themes available at this moment are compatible with Mys v1.3.x, at least not without minor edit to enable dropdown menu.

Oh ok, I will wait then :3 I was going to use Chibry until I can get a new one, it's soo pretty

Hall of Famer 05-02-2012 11:16 PM

Well Chibry is not compatible with the current version, so be careful with it. I cant help you with custom themes since I am not an artist/designer.

umm what does this have to do with the topic of uploading/installing themes? Are you saying that you know how to get Chibry to work? Anyway it would be nicer to PM Inf3rnal and see if hes willing to update the theme.

SilverDragonTears 05-02-2012 11:31 PM

I was implying that I could help her install it in exchange for art..... O.o

I think that the administradors (or someone) have to make a good tutorial to upload a theme... because is too dificult and i dont understand :S and there is no tutorial.

Thank you a lot, nice page ;)
