Okay, I'm sure this has been asked/answered before.. but.. eh..
where can I find the .htaccess file? do I upload this myself or... ?

I've already searched through my files and couldn't find this. :T

This file should be located in your adoptables site root directory, the file is unnamed and the extension is .htaccess.

Which is in phpmyadmin, correct?

Nope. It's in your file manager :)

Sometimes its hidden by your host, if I remember correctly.

Really? Do you think x10hosting hid it and that's why I cannot find it?

x10 doesn't normally that I remember... can you check using a FTP program? Those don't normally hide them.

I can check using filezilla.. hopefully it's there.

but jokes aside isn't .htacces a text files and usually blank? so you could make a blank file and call it .htaccess and add whatever you need to it. Am I correct, I never deal with it and barely know what it does though. Hmmm should google that...
