The future of Archurub?
 

So...something I really need to work on right now is the future of my only existing site, Archurub, which, for the past few months, I have not been able to define.

I am just running around trying to settle on one idea, but it never seems to work out. Basically, I could really use some suggestions. I don't want to use currently existing creatures...but rather, I'm thinking that I need to /fully develop/ a species, then, if I like the species enough, then, finally, I can make a site based on it.

So, any suggestions any has to offer would be much appreciated...I'm thinking a sort of stylized griffon/dragon creature of some sort...I'll post some sketches later...

If you're having trouble, why don't you just do everything? I mean, you've got some already done up raptors, some spiders, you could make up a TON of different animals and just post them all together.

If you want to fully develop a species, I'd suggest doing that, but I'd say it may take a while if you do - I've tried that before, it some ways, you need to put a ton more effort into it. So if you're losing steam, either find an idea that will never leave you alone, or just do something simple.

When I couldn't write anymore, I just did up this short pointless chapter, and then I just added another to it whenever I felt like it, and it kinda went where it wanted to, but the end result was pretty good. :3 It felt worthless at first, but I liked when it started coming together.

Haha, well...I may have stumbled onto something that I've been thinking about for a long time...

...see, I like rats, and I like dragons, and I like aliens. So, I combined the three and made something AMAZING. -points to own siggy-

I feel accomplished now.
