You mean you cant upload avatars to your account? Thats strange, are you sure the avatar image format is allowed? Usually .png is the preferred format, but .jpg, .gif should work too, not sure for .bmp.

it's a .jpg image. It works with other forum software. But it doesn't upload on this forum.

Well from ACP it says that uploading avatars is allowed for registered users and premium users, are you uploading an avatar too big in size or dimension?

36.6kbs and 100 x 100 pixels It may be the size in that case. it's from an avatar pack I got on deviantart.

I tried uploading it to a remote server and linking it, now it says the remote file is too large.

I think that having avatars 19kbs is really.... small O_O

I see the problem, looks like the forum only accepts .png image format for avatar. Its weird, I will see what I can do to change that.
