Could i fix this?
 

I was going to my profile, I have the picuploads (gif,png,jpg) chmodded to 777 alreadie, what is the cause of this? And how could i fix it?

The simplest way is to open class_image.php file, find the line 114 and the keyword 'getimagesize', prepend a character @ in front of it to suppress this warning message.

I think you should move to a new host also.

I believe Free Hostia doesn't allow these kinds of scripts, and I would hate for you to have your site shut down and deleted with no access to the files.
