Internal Server Error on x10host?

I followed the YouTube tutorial to the letter, but when it comes time to /install/index.php, I keep getting an Internal Server Error. Is there anything that can be done about this?

So your site has been set up for a while now, is everything good for you so far? Keep in mind that if I host your website, you must be actively developing it. If no activity within 30 days, it will be removed.
