i am sure this is bug or glitch
 

one of my user registered with name kawaii~chan but the memberlist cant list him in the list and i cant even donate the currency to the user or i can't issue adoptable to the user

This is because of the special character in the username (~). It causes hiccups within the code, thus making it so their account is basically useless.

What I did was make it so that users could not register a username with special characters, see this thread:
