Cannot click on/level up

When I post the html or the bbc for the adoptables' code, the image does not show up. When clicked on, it takes me to a 404 error, saying get.php and levelup.php do not exist. But they do in fact exist!
Help?

Dies your host have php's readfile function enabled?

What is the link to your site?

I don't know. I use 000webhost, as does most other people, so I assume it does.
