Check line 183 of your functions.
See if the code is wrong.

Did you run the installer? Also, you may want to try re-uploading the files in the inc folder. The functions.php file especially is a beast so if it was only partially uploaded that may cause problems.

Also, you said you did it just like last time. Do you mean you installed it before? Did you do it on the same database with the same table prefix? If so, that will cause errors.

Okay i think i did it right this time but somehow made it worse...

Now i went to the installer file and copped it of the folder into the config file in the inc folder and filled in all the details...
i know i did that annoying chmod thing so i really don't know what it wants!

So, you copied the installer files to a new folder? Why did you do that? That's probably the issue. You need to run the installer where it is and not move the files around.

Try re-uploading it all but this time don't copy anything to a new location or anything. Just go to http://lonelybeastshaunt.comoj.com/adoptables/install/ and run the installer. :)
