Where exactly do you want to add it? You can either add it to the template file (templates > default > template.html) or use the BBCode button "Image with Link" in the page editor in the script Admin CP. :)

Oh. Then you have to edit the file templates > default > template.html. You would just paste in the HTML code where you want it in the template. :)
