How to change alternate percentage? [Answered]

So, I have an adoptable with a 10% chance of being an alt. This turned out to be too low, as some people had at least 30 of them and none were alts. So, how can I change the percentage to 30% or something?

This has to be done in the database using PHPMyAdmin. Currently the script doesn't allow changing an alternate percentage that has already been set.
