Okay, well I ended up fixing it by completely wiping everything then reinstalling. But I'm too scared to use any custom themes now incase it does the same thing :( Is there anything I can do about it?

Well, I tried it on 1.2.2 aswell and it still did the same thing :O It did it with 2 different themes which is really weird. I have no idea where to get to Phpmyadmin or what to edit in it though....
