Oh and, just thought of some mwoar!
1. Colours for usergroup usernames :3 that also show up on shoutboxes :3
(if a user's got more than 1 usergroup, the usergroup that ISN'T the default "registered" group would be shown, e.g.
User = registered & artist = artist colour shown
2. Permissions to moderate the shoutbox (delete, edit posts etc.)
3. Idk... I just want there to be 3 points.. but can't think of any more
