The text is latin I believe
I've seen a ton of sites and designs use that as a place holder text for information (lolz, website for a college right next to my house had that on their map in their building descriptions XD Not a good idea if people are interested in the college
) Also the old GingerNinja theme used it on one on the HTML files (forget which one but basically it just was a sample of the theme)
