Okay, my mom's yahoo instant messenger (YIM for future references) has quit working.It started with her yahoo insider not working, first glitching then just not loading at all properly. Now she can't even log into the messenger. When running troubleshoot it says "Connecting to HTTP VIrtual server IP [address]... Failed".

I have googled for hours and tried just about all the methods that I have found, turning off firewall, changing internet connections, rebooting router, uninstalling yahoo and reinstalling it... NOTHING has yet worked. So I'm turning to y'all to see if you have /any/ advice on how to fix it.

She has Windows 7, McAfee, and a /huge/ storage space. If any further information is needed then please request it and I'll look it up for ya.
