NVM I GOT IT!
For bootstrap to work I had to Rename the
Style-kyt.css to
style.css
then For the drop down to work I had to go into the header and change the word
style-kyt.css to
style.css as well

I cant seem to get the dropdown/collapsable Top Navigation menu to work.. I configured all my links and things- and the one for the themes work... but I cant figure out where to put the code or what the coding is to make it work.. (I've tried all sorts of things...)
