Every time I try to do the install wizard, I get this message

I am using x10hosting. Please help!
***EDIT*** Ok, I got that fixed, but now it is taking forever to load! I fill out this page

then click 'continue installation' and it has been almost two hours and the next page still has not loaded... Please Help!!!
