RE: Adding new user group
You can add a new usergroup in the Admin CP. Go to Change Users and click the Manage Usergroups and Permissions option. Then click on "Create a New Usergroup" above the groups table.
Then the group will be created. In the table scroll down and find the new group and click the "edit" icon. :)
