umm it seems that you have more than one issue... *sigh*

First of all, you need to consult with your host regarding the RewriteCond: NoCase option error. It seems that your apache server was configured incorrectly, or that your host has disabled Mod_rewrite.

And is your host running PHP 5.2? If so, your best shot is to request for server upgrade. It looks to me that you pick a wrong hosting service.
