I actually have a custom plan with HostEvery, but right now I can't fully recommend them because they've had some issues lately. If I were you I would use the
FreeWebSpace Forums to find a good host. Just let them know you'll be hosting forums when you ask for price quotes.
For other multiforums scripts, with subdomains you can only run one Multiforums script per domain. They will conflict if you try to run more than one with subdomains per domain. For subdirectories you can run as many as you want under one domain.
