You have to enter your FTP server details.
To get their go to FTP details in your cPanel
~I'm pretty sure it only works in 000webhost~

Server name > Username/db > password > port (idk if you need to use it speciffically) > quick connect.

Now you should be on :B if you need anything else (is hoping your using 000webhost) just ask.
