I'm using Dreamhost, and I never had this problem with version 1.3.2. I transfer all the files over, and the main page works. Then I go to login, press login, and it takes me to this link:
http://ellaia2.thekodesigns.net/login
From there if I try to change it to
http://ellaia2.thekodesigns.net/login.php it says the page does not exist, though that part seems to have changed.

I cleared my cookies but that doesn't seem to be the issue.
