Look around the options in your file manager. There should be one called "CHMOD". On mine I have to check the selected files then click a button to CHMOD, on the above poster's, she/he right-clicks the files and clicks "CHMOD". Anyway, once you find it, just type in "777". This allows the installer to write to said files. Afterwards, make sure you set config.php to 644. If you're having trouble finding the CHMOD option then post a screenshot and I'll see if I can help you. Hope I helped,
