Ah, yeah, that's the problem. I'm not allowed to get paid hosting. (Yes, I'm under 18/21.)
My parents said I can get paid hosting when I become a legal adult, (3 more years, oh goodie) so I'd just like to 'experiment' now, and see how well I manage with an adoptable site, and maybe a forum to, if my friend excepts my offer to make him a forum for his organization...
