Also a problem with the .htaccess could be another issue.
Mysidia needs a rewrite in the .htaccess to either redirect
http://yoursite.com to
http://www.yoursite.com.
Because logged into
http://www.yoursite.com doesn't mean your logged into
http://yoursite.com
So tell her to try either with www. or without it.
