When you download the rusnak php...is the first part decorating or can you add adoptables there by saving it and adding the admin.php part?

You must first go to yoursite.com/adoptables/install/index.php ;)
& then you can go to yoursite.com/adoptables/admin.php to ad adoptables etc.
