Deleted the wrong thing...
Well i was in my admincp and acsodently deleted the Top10 page...

You probably just deleted the link. Go into your Admin CP > Site Settings > View or Edit Site Navigation Links > Add a New Link.
For the link text put: Top 10 For the link URL put: stats.php That will restore the link for you. :)
