I think there should be a backup manager. So we can move the site to another hosting or back the files when the site is hacked.

Honestly there is no set release schedule. The current release is rather stable so I usually don't release new releases that frequently with stable software.
For now you can either use PHPMyAdmin, FTP or CPanel's built in backup manager to back up parts of or all of your site. :) |

Backups are easy to make on my host, you just go to the admin cp and you can backup your database & site. I'm not sure what it's like on host monster though. I suggest you ask Sea.
