Unable to log-in!

i have 5.3php, i tried changing the php user settings and giving admin things to a new users, but seems still not working :( Help me please? I reinstalled alot of times

It seems that some people are having trouble on certain webhosts.

Who are you hosting with?

How exactly can you not log in? When you press login, does it not give you the standard "welcome back" message? Will the form not submit?

I fixed it, i just deleted the old msql server and made a new one, then reinstalled it

I'm glad you managed to fix the issue.
Sometimes a reinstall does work.
