i've been informed by some of my staff, that they cannot get onto the site.
here's a screenshot i was sent: ![]() does it have to do with them being in a "staff" usergroup? |

How did you set their usergroup? Did you go to the adminCP -> manage users and change their usergroup from there?

That's strange. If you go into phpMyAdmin -> adopts_users, is their usergroup 4 or 6? If it isn't any number between 1 and 6 (NULL for example), something went wrong in the script.
I never got this error, even with a fresh install. Did you alter anything like group names? After searching the forum, maybe try this fix?: http://mysidiaadoptables.com/forum/s...=membercreator (If that fix doesn't work, put it back how it was)

Yeah, the solution is in Dinocanid's link:
http://mysidiaadoptables.com/forum/s...=membercreator It seems that Mysidia had a user class called Mod in the design, but it never had an implementation. For some reason people can set it to be Mod type in ACP, resulting in errors.
