User keeps getting logged out
A member of my adoptable site keeps getting logged out every time she goes to do anything. I logged into her account from my computer and didn't have that issue. What could be causing this problem? Sounds like something on her end but not sure what to recommend to her.

Her cookies would cause that. Tell her to ensure cookies are enabled and if necessary clear them. If she doesn't know how, just look up 'enabling cookies for [insert internet browser]' and have her go through the steps of doing that.

Also a problem with the .htaccess could be another issue.
Mysidia needs a rewrite in the .htaccess to either redirect http://yoursite.com to http://www.yoursite.com. Because logged into http://www.yoursite.com doesn't mean your logged into http://yoursite.com So tell her to try either with www. or without it. |
