You cannot edit links by accessing content page, you need to go to the menu 'site settings' from admin control panel and click the 'view/edit navigation'.

No I mean change the content to that like in a page

umm this should be easy. You dont know how to use the CKEditor? It allows you to add/edit link urls.

If you'd like to do that in the editor, write "2012", then highlight, click the URL button for the editor and then paste in the link.
