Can't acess a custom page that requires item

I'm trying to do an exploring system, very symple btw.
But when i try to access the forest place with the correct item, this happens:

Edit: Now it says:

Okay, so what is this?
I also know when i tried to add a gender change item, the inventory bugged like no tomorrow.

What does the code look like? From the looks of it, it seems like it's just a parse error (missing semicolon, not closing parenthesis, too many quotation marks, etc.)
