Suggestion
I notice new people are asking for and suggesting stuff that is already being worked on. I don't know if you have done this already but maybe to help new people out we could post a list of things being worked on in Announcements.
Just a suggestion.

Part of the problem is there are SO MANY things being worked on, and each of us is working on a different list of things in turn. I'm not even sure what all the features that are being added, I only know my mods that are being added and maybe a couple others. XD But then there's a lot of security issues being fixed, a lot of efficiency issues being fixed, etc.
