Converting a layout?

Hi, I'm curious... I have a layout and I was wondering how I could possibly convert it for use on Mysidia? It can be coded, but I'm not sure how one can make it work with the script.

Just open the template.html in the folder of theme you're using, you should be able to understand everything from there.
