I have a suggestion from someone who's been there; posting links on a site like this is fine, but if you have any networking/social media outlets like Facebook, etc., use that to link up with other writers, ideally someone who's already published, and see if you can trade editing services. Seriously, professional or quasi-professional editing is a MUST for anyone who wants to write, but the skills of an editor and those of a writer overlap a lot and it's not necessary to pay for editing if you network it right.
