Installation Help

Hi there! I'm new and I was gunna try to install and play with this thing for a bit before I started posting in the forums.. but I ran into a little snag.

I found a guide on here that told me how to run it on 000Webhost, and I did everything it said, but when I go to my site to install it, it says I haven't made config.php writable, but I have.

I'm not sure what to do now. xP

Any help? :D
