Well your site cannot be functioning properly if you receive fatal errors, the notices are quite different from errors and even warnings. These notice errors are usually suppressed by the server on linux sharedhoots but if you run a WAMPP server they are displayed by default. All you have to do is to turn off notice errors in php.ini, its just that simple.
