Default Any way to put script on notepad ++ ?

Hi! So basically, I haven't quite settled on a web hosting option or a name, and I just want to test and edit the script first.

So, I was wondering if there's any way to put the Mysidia script on a code editor like Notepad ++, or if it's just easier to create a test website, edit it there, and then copy-paste it onto the proper domain? Any help would be appreciated!
