Some Help Please

Okay so i really, really, really stink at this code stuff >.<
I copied anded pasted the SQL Part of the file in the right place (i think)
Now i don't know what to do. Do i upload just the Adoptable file or what? And where would i upload it to?

Kinda lost >.<
