Well, the only way to get that error is if the script can't connect to the database properly. Either that or your web host has something that is causing it not to work. That oxyhost seems to not want to work with the script though. So far you and another person have been getting similar / the same issues with that host even though it appears everything is configured correctly.

With the darn free hosts I have no way of knowing what they have disabled and what interference that's causing.
