000Webhost Questions - And a few other things...

I've never heard anything good about that hosting company. But some advice I give to anyone starting an adopts site... If you are serious about creating it, then you need paid hosting. I can't emphasize that enough. I recommend Hawk Host.

Ah, yeah, that's the problem. I'm not allowed to get paid hosting. (Yes, I'm under 18/21.) My parents said I can get paid hosting when I become a legal adult, (3 more years, oh goodie) so I'd just like to 'experiment' now, and see how well I manage with an adoptable site, and maybe a forum to, if my friend excepts my offer to make him a forum for his organization...
