Okay, this topic is mainly to show some examples of what I am comfortable doing with gimp.
Coloring (no shading) Shaded coloring Avatar *points to mine* Simple Signature Advanced Siggy Another Advanced Siggy Just made a shop and wanted a place to show people what I can do. Since the icons don't show it as well as I'd like. |

Thanks ^,^
I've got other styles but wanted to show one with little decoration and inside the border, as well as one with decoration and outside the border. I'd say I'm almost (but not quite) intermediate with gimp. |

I've never really tried it before. If you mean making a sprite from nothing, that might be beyond me. If you mean just coloring it then I think I could do that.

Yeah, I could color one that size ^,^ I'd just use the zoom tool to make sure I stayed in lines. I can even take a jpg and make it transparent.
Though if it's just lineart I don't know if I could do the texture on it. I never was good at adding details to them. (Like lines of fur or rows of scales) Personally I find 500x### easiest to color, though I have done smaller. If its a large one I can always scale it down to the desired size. edit: all this talking about coloring makes me wanna.. *goes googling for lineart* Last edited by solskenn; 04-03-2012 at 10:02 PM. |
