Yeah, I could color one that size ^,^ I'd just use the zoom tool to make sure I stayed in lines. I can even take a jpg and make it transparent.
Though if it's just lineart I don't know if I could do the texture on it. I never was good at adding details to them. (Like lines of fur or rows of scales)

Personally I find 500x### easiest to color, though I have done smaller. If its a large one I can always scale it down to the desired size.

edit: all this talking about coloring makes me wanna.. *goes googling for lineart*
